26 to 31 October · 50 years of «Carrie»

Halloween Estepona 2026, 31 October 2026, Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos, 7 pmHalloween in Estepona

A whole week with Stephen King at the Teatro Felipe VI and, to close it, a night of costumes, scares and music at the Palacio de Congresos. For those who read King with the lights on, and for those who just come to have fun.

Why this year

Fifty years of a prom night that ended in flames

On 3 November 1976 «Carrie» opened in Spain: the first film made from Stephen King's first novel. Half a century later, the Asociación Cultural Unicornio and Estepona Town Council are celebrating with a full week of films, talks, an illustrated book, a collectors' exhibition and a concert of film scores.

It all leads to the night of the 31st, when the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos changes its look to welcome pumpkins, skeletons, mummies and everyone who turns up in costume.

Six days of Stephen King and a whole night to come out in costume.
