On 18 July, the Estepona bullring becomes the stage for a Freestyle Motocross (FMX) show. Jumps and acrobatic tricks in the arena: the contrast between the space and the action is very much the point.
Estepona Freestyle is one of those events that doesn't usually happen in a coastal city and is hard to watch in any similar setting. For those unfamiliar with FMX, the bullring offers closeness to the riders that large motor-sport venues simply can't.
