Four fixed weekly appointments: the Wednesday street market, the Sunday port and flea markets, and the summer night market along the promenade.
Estepona has four street markets, and they don't look much alike. The Wednesday street market, on Calle Francia and Calle Alemania, is the biggest and the most everyday: clothes, shoes, fruit, flowers and household goods, from 9 am to 2 pm.
There are two on Sundays. One at the port, also 9 am to 2 pm, with crafts and clothing facing the boats. And another at the bullring, 9 am to 3 pm, dedicated to antiques, collectibles and second-hand finds — the one to set aside time for if you like to rummage.
In summer, the promenade night market joins in, Thursday to Sunday, 7 pm to midnight: about thirty stalls by the sea once the sun has gone down. Its 2026 season ends on Sunday 6 September.
They are fixed, free appointments, and work equally well as a morning plan or as an excuse to see parts of Estepona the guidebooks don't take you to.
The promenade night market closes its 2026 season on Sunday 6 September: the last night to catch it this year.
