Sharing Cultures

Three days devoted to the communities that live in Estepona: Italian culture on 19 September, British on the 26th and Ukrainian on the 27th, beside the Peseta Monument.

One day per community, on September weekends, beside the Peseta Monument
Estepona seafront promenade

'Sharing Cultures' is the programme with which Estepona devotes a day to each of the communities that live here. The idea is simple: bring the food, music, dance and crafts of each country out into the street, always in the same spot and with the sea in front.

In September 2026 there are three days, all beside the Peseta Monument, on the seafront promenade:

- **Saturday 19** — Italian Culture Day. - **Saturday 26** — United Kingdom Culture Day. - **Sunday 27** — Ukrainian Culture Day.

They are street events, free and open to all. The detailed programme for each one — stalls, performances and times — is published in the days beforehand.

For a visitor it is a quick way to understand what Estepona is made of on the inside: not only the whitewashed old town of the photographs, but also the British community of the urbanisations and the Ukrainian community that has arrived in recent years.

The programme that shows the other Estepona: the communities who live here all year round. Food, music and dance on the promenade, free.
