XXXI Summer Book Fair
Nearly two months of book stalls on the seafront promenade. Estepona's Summer Book Fair has been combining reading and sea air for over thirty years.
The Estepona Summer Book Fair celebrates its 31st edition in 2026 along the Paseo Marítimo. From 18 July to 13 September, booksellers and publishers set up their stalls beside the sea with morning and evening hours: 11:00–14:30 and 19:00–24:00.
The fair has been part of Estepona's summer landscape for more than three decades. It is not a tourist fair — it is the annual meeting between the city's readers and their books, with a Mediterranean backdrop that few book fairs anywhere can match.
It is the kind of event that combines naturally with an evening walk, dinner in the old town, or the walk home from the beach.
Thirty-one editions and the sea behind the stalls. Few summer events are this easy to work into the rest of the day.
