Concerts at Huber Art & Food
Six concert nights at Huber Art & Food, in the old town: flamenco on 28 August, Cuban son on the 29th, gypsy-jazz swing on 4 and 5 September and flamenco guitar on the 11th and 12th. Small capacity, reservation only.
Huber Art & Food is an art and dining space on Calle San Antonio, in the heart of the old town, which also doubles as a small concert room. You listen sitting down, close up, with the music a couple of metres away: the opposite of an open-air stage.
Six nights remain, and no two are alike. Two see August out — one of flamenco, one of Cuban son — and four carry the season on into mid-September, with two nights of gypsy jazz and two of flamenco guitar. The full programme, night by night, is just below.
They all start at 8:00 pm. There are few seats, entry is by prior reservation on 608 359 656 and payment is cash only. It is worth calling ahead: these are the kind of nights that sell out.
