David Cepo — Don't Cross Your Arms

On Saturday 12 December 2026, at 8:00 pm, the Teatro Felipe VI in Estepona welcomes comedian David Cepo with his show 'No cruces los brazos' ('Don't Cross Your Arms'), part of the theatre's winter programme.

'No cruces los brazos' is the show that has filled theatres for David Cepo since it premiered in December 2022, selling out most of its performances: everyday, absurd humour with plenty of direct audience interaction, and the source of the catchphrase he closes his shows with: "No cruces los brazos, no te entran los chistes" ("Don't cross your arms, or the jokes won't land").

David Cepo (Madrid, 1988) trained at the Escuela Municipal de Arte Dramático de Madrid and with Manuel Galiana at Estudio 2. Before turning to comedy full time he spent eleven years working as a sales rep for a building-materials supplier, while performing stand-up in bars and small venues for seven years on the side. Today he has hundreds of thousands of followers on social media and fills theatres across Madrid and the rest of Spain.
