Raquel Fierro shows “Haiku visual” in Room 1 at the Casa de las Tejerinas, from 27 August to 16 September. Free entry.
From 27 August to 16 September, Room 1 at the Casa de las Tejerinas changes tenant again: in comes “Haiku visual”, the painting show by Raquel Fierro, taking over from Michael Ruiz Molina's photographs in the same space.
The title points to the shortest poetic form there is: three lines, one image, nothing to spare. That is a reasonable statement of intent for a small room, and it fits the Tejerinas habit of programming short shows you can see in a while.
Open Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Entry is free, as in every municipal hall.
Three weeks of painting on Plaza de las Flores, in the shade and free. Ten minutes to see, and the room next door is right there.
