Los Pecadores — Martínez Ares's Comparsa
Antonio Martínez Ares's comparsa brings 'Los Pecadores', his 2027 carnival, to Estepona. 19 February, 10:00 pm, Teatro Felipe VI, from €27.50.
On Friday 19 February 2027, at 10:00 pm, the Teatro Felipe VI in Estepona welcomes 'Los Pecadores', the comparsa with which Cádiz author Antonio Martínez Ares takes part in the 2027 carnival. Tickets are on sale from €27.50.
The show combines this year's new pasodobles and cuplés with a look back at Martínez Ares's anthology; he is one of the best-known names in the Cádiz carnival. A comparsa is a carnival singing group, and this is a chance to hear a whole one, with its presentation, its potpourri and its lyrics, without travelling to Cádiz at the height of the fiesta.
February in Estepona also sounds like Cádiz: an author's comparsa in a theatre, with lyrics fresh from their premiere.
