Miguel Lago
Galician comedian Miguel Lago opens the Teatro Felipe VI's autumn season with his latest stand-up show.
This edition took place in 2026.
On 2 October 2026, at 9:00 pm, the Teatro Felipe VI in Estepona welcomes Miguel Lago, one of Spain's most popular comedians, with his latest stand-up show. Tickets from €24.20.
Miguel Lago opens the theatre's autumn programme, which through October mixes comedy, theatre and live music.
Miguel Lago (Vigo, 1981) holds a degree in Hispanic Philology from the University of Vigo and worked as a secondary-school teacher before turning to comedy. He made his stand-up debut in 2000, aged just 18, on 'El Club de la Comedia', and in 2012 received the Paramount Comedy Comedian of the Year award. A regular TV collaborator — on shows such as 'El Hormiguero' and 'Todo es mentira' — he has also played teacher Luis Dopazo in the series 'Curso del 63' and 'Curso del 73', and published the book 'Gamberro y caballero' (2017).
From secondary-school teacher in Vigo to regular TV collaborator: Miguel Lago opens the Felipe VI's autumn programme with the comedy that won him the Comedian of the Year award.
