Queen Forever Tribute
Queen Forever Tribute brings the grandeur of Queen back to life on stage, with Francisco Fernández as Freddie Mercury at the Teatro Felipe VI.
On 28 November 2026, at 9:00 pm, the Teatro Felipe VI in Estepona hosts 'Queen Forever Tribute' (tickets from €38.50), a show that recreates the band's iconic performances, from Live Aid to Wembley '86, with close attention to the sound, the costumes and the energy of the live set.
Francisco Fernández takes on Freddie Mercury, capturing his voice, his magnetism and his stage presence: he is the vocalist of the rock band The Redbeds, with Portuguese and Spanish roots, and has theatre experience in productions in Portugal, Italy and the UK. He is joined by Adrián Pujadas (Brian May) — who founded Queen Forever in 2015 after a rigorous casting process, and today builds replica 'Red Special' guitars —, Haritz Caperochipi (Roger Taylor, born in San Sebastián in 1973), Juanjo Amengual (John Deacon) and Sebastián Raimundo (Spike Edney).
More than ten years on stage, over 500 concerts and more than a million spectators across over 250 European cities back this production, praised even by Freddie Mercury's own former personal assistant: 'These lads have taken me back 40 years. Musically, they're incredible,' said Peter Freestone.
Ten years on tour, five hundred concerts and an endorsement from Freddie Mercury's own right-hand man: a Queen tribute with a résumé of its own.
