The Bulevar was designed as the urban spine of the town centre, creating a visual axis between the historic quarter and the seafront. The most recent renovation widened the pedestrian zone, added fountains and shade trees, and turned the walkway into an active space at all hours of the day. Early morning it is the regular route of local residents; at midday it shades the path between the beach and the town's shops; on weekends, with occasional markets and live music, it functions as the city's living room. It is one of the best ways to get your bearings in Estepona for the first time.
